At Chroma Home, our mission is simple: design better short-term rental properties. When our two founding designers, Hannah (Hannah Reid Interiors) and Carleen (The Model Home), kept consistently crossing paths in the saturated Denver market, we chose to stop competing and start collaborating. Together with Reid’s operational and investment expertise, we built Chroma Home to deliver a new bespoke approach to STR design in Colorado and beyond.

Reid is Chroma Home’s Director of Operations and ROI strategist. With an MBA and a background as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, he brings discipline, leadership, and data-driven thinking to every project. Since 2021, he has managed multiple STRs, giving him firsthand insight into what makes a property profitable. At Chroma, he oversees installations, coordinates with contractors, and ensures each project stays on time, on budget, and is built to maximize returns.
